If Terry knew about Yasha's objections to the way he lived his life, he probably would just shrug it off. It wouldn't be the first time he's had people nagging him about his lack of attachments, his rough and ready life. Maybe it wouldn't have turned out like that if his Dad hadn't died -- or maybe he would've always turned out this way. Either way, Terry's satisfied with how things are. He's a lone wolf, after all. Though he would wonder how Yasha knew the specifics.
He shrugs. "Not like I was expecting a win button or anything. I like a challenge as much as the next guy. Just thought maybe you'd have some ins on their thinking. Ah well. I'll just wing it as I go along." He raises his mug. "I'll survive anyway. Always have."
He tilts his head. "So what kinda place do you come from, anyway?"
