She's been stumbling across peoples' lost possessions all over the place, though. Today seems to be no exception; there's a book she's just found on top of one of the buildings.*

*She opens it. And reads.

Careful observers might make out the sound of someone giggling like crazy from the top of one of the buildings. Is it worth investigating?*

What's fair in this world? Is it fair for a single city to be forced to remain the last bastion of hope for the multiverse? Is it fair for the best laid plans to go awry because of a technical detail or two? Fairness isn't innate. You have to make things fair for yourself. Otherwise, everything is -- and pardon me for putting it like this -- fair game.
