*It takes a bit, but she finally gets a hang of this new artifact. Useful. She supposes.*
To the mortals out there: Do not think that my fighting by your side means that I am in any way interested in becoming "friends." I am no longer human, and I see no reason to become attached to them anymore. That you are catching me in a time of my life where my resentment no longer burns as it once did is fortunate on your part, not mine. I fight for one reason and one reason only: to preserve the world my Prince Shoutoku resides in. I have no interest in anything else.
I am Soga no Tojiko. We work together in this fight. That is all.

You believe that the ability to die is all that separates humanity from inhumanity?

[ Quoting Hamlet. One of Wilhelm's favorite plays. ]
You remind me very much of a man I saved from death's door. In the end, he rejected his wish for death, and instead accepted an offer to transcend mortality itself, to serve a greater cause.

To be perfectly fair, I did not exactly... anticipate this form. (Stupid Mononobe.) I have found, however, that it suits my purposes better than any mortal form anyway.

[ Looking like an innocent little kid definitely helped Abel and the URTVs. ]
Tell me. How did you acquire this form?

I suppose I should thank her for her little prank, honestly.

Perhaps I wasn't wrong to come to this place after all.
[ Wilhelm mused quietly. ]
Such a fascinated variety of characters, on such a brilliantly decorated stage.
