...We win. We stop Vagan from taking Nortrum, and destroy their mobile fortress.

But we lost a lot of good people doing it.

I know. And I got stronger. During the battle I took out that black mobile suit with the shoulder-mounted cannons. I finally became a Super Pilot, and defeated an X-Rounder.

X-Rounders aren't all that. Whether it's superior technology or psychic powers, accept no substitution for just being a really good pilot.

That's a lesson I wish I had learned sooner. But all I can do now is use that lesson for the future.
