[ So that was that. While being impulsive is normally set aside for her partner, Seolla knew without a doubt that if the Valkyrie asked it of Arado, he would go without question. It was an easy decision for Seolla as she flips the video control of her WildFalken on. With her tongue out, she addresses anyone else who might happen to be in their suits, expecting her partner of all people. ]

Don't tell me I beat you, dummy slowpoke! [ With a laugh, she fiddles with the controls for a bit more until it hits her. Why hasn't he commented yet? ] Ehhh? Arado?

[ It cuts out shortly after that. Arado wasn't here! The very thought of being away from her partner tore at her heart and left her feeling empty and every variation of the word she could think of. So for those who would travel outside of the Wards district, enjoy the sight of a seemingly vacant giant robot. ]

How a commander conducts themselves out of battle should count as much as how they perform in combat!

He makes sure all his men come home alive, and watches out for them all the time. I think that says enough. And he's the best team leader I've ever had.

Well, I'll just have to see that for myself. If he screws up though, I'll make sure he hears about it.

If you mean pilots, I think just one more. He's a loud guy who pilots a red machine, and it looks like nothing I've ever seen before.

[ Groaning. ]

Beats me. At least he's got some sense for teamwork.

And why are you telling me that exactly?

[ He can't see her twitching inside, but boy is she mad. ]

...Huh? Just pointing out a good thing about him. I don't mean anything else by it.

[aceattacker]

[ She shouldn't make assumptions so quickly. Regardless of her hostile attitude though, she's quick to exit her machine, landing on the ground as though it wasn't a challenge whatsoever. ]

Get out of there and face me yourself!

Hey, what the hell? What are you doing?! I don't get this!

Get what? [ Seriously, this is only fueling her anger more and more. ] I said get out and face me yourself. What's there to not get?

[second_destiny]

Why you're suddenly acting this way, that's what!

[Despite that, the Gundam bends down on one knee and moves a hand below the chest. The cockpit hatch opens up, and Asem hops down onto the hand, then onto the ground. Rather than a flight suit, he's in his white custom uniform -- the one that looks exactly like Woolf's.]

... Geez, you're the one picking a fight with me?

[ She feels almost bad now once she gets a better look at him. ]

You really don't look like a pilot or well, like you belong anywhere but a doll store.

Picking a fight? I'm not picking a fight!

Are you used to giants piloting mobile suits or something?

[He is just. So confused.]

No, but you look so... well, you don't look like you can pilot one. What happens if the exit door gets jammed? Do you just sit around and wait to be rescued? Because there's no way you can break it.

[second_destiny]

Well, uh...

Wait, you're saying you can? How's that even possible?

[aceattacker]

Of course I can. [ She might be exaggerating because the situation has never been approached before, but Seolla's wrath knows no bounds. ] Do I look like your typical personal trooper pilot? Some nerd with glasses that can't do anything but spout numbers?

[Asem looks her up and down...except for the chest. He skips over that as quickly as possible.]

Well, um, you look pretty fit. Dense muscle? I have the same thing going.

[aceattacker]

[ Smart man. ]

Just forget it. [ Seolla also can't help the rare cases of being wrong, so she'll ignore it. ] Do you know when they'll have us start fighting?

[second_destiny]

Er...okay, then.

There's already been a battle. I was brought in in the middle of a siege by the Qin. Other than that, I think we just have to wait until we see signs of either the Fae or the Qin making a move against us.

[aceattacker]

Who wants to just wait around? [ Raising a fist to show her eagerness, she smirks brightly. ] Let's just go kick their ass on our own!

[second_destiny]

We're not ready for that yet! We don't have much intelligence on their forces, but what we do know is that they're both huge. We've got a few dozen people, who are still new, and we don't know what we're up against. We can't just rush in!

[Somebody has learned something from his experiences...though watching someone you care about die because of your own recklessness tends to do that.]
