Huh...that's a pretty neat way to do it.

*There's what looks like a twelve year old boy on the screen, looking at his PDA with a mix of curiosity and slight amusement that indicates he finds it more different than impressive. But his expression quickly turns more serious now that it's time to actually address people.*

Alright, listen up. My name's Gaignun Kukai Jr., but everyone just calls me Jr. I hear you've got a war over the fate of the universe on your hands, and that just happens to be something I've got a bit of experience with.

Before you ask, yeah, I'm gonna be fighting. Don't underestimate me because I look young, I've probably kicked just as much ass as any of you, and led more armies to boot.

And if the name Kukai sounds familiar to anyone here, sound off. I can't be the only one from my world they asked, right?

Sort of. I've never fought over a single city long term before, but I've been in a lot of really important battles.

*Sorry. She is. But she can turn into a hot eighteen year old woman. Does that make you feel better?*

Not single handedly. I've seen weapons that could destroy planets, but no single person.

*Okay, teeeeechnically if he'd done what he was built to do, the backlash would have destroyed the planet, but that wasn't just him.*

Okay. That's good. If there were two people around our age who could do that I'd have no idea why they even brought the rest of us here for.

Actually, I'm no-wait a sec, you're saying you can blow up planets?

No. I can't. I just talked to someone else who says that he could.

I guess we don't really have to worry about firepower, then.

I guess it is pretty impressive, but not that much of a stretch from weapons that can pull it off.

I'm not used to weapons that can do that either.

I was beginning to think the Valkyries were only interested in me. I am pleased to see that I was wrong.

*Oh, he knows that voice...*

They must be desperate, if they're even asking you to help.

Desperate indeed. They have offered me a way to release our universe from its eternal circle. A chance to break the cycle, and show me what humans are truly capable of if left to their own devices.

You don't need Valkyries for that! All you have to do is leave us the hell alone!

And allow Anima to awaken? I think not.

So you want to see what we can do on our own, but you don't think it'll be enough if there isn't something else meddling?

Left to its own devices, the Lower Domain of the Universe will collapse, and all of humanity will die along with it. I cannot allow that. That is why I agreed to come here.

Not yet. The Valkyries said you wouldn't be a problem if I helped out.

And in a sense, they told you the truth.

They are as desperate to save their own world, as I was to save ours. I am willing to oblige them for now, if it means that I will at long last, be willing to allow humans the freedom they claim to desire so much without it resulting in their destruction.

Like hell I'm going to believe everything you say at this point.

I do not expect you to. Nor is it of any real consequence to me whether or not you do.

That attitude of yours really pisses me off, you know that? Give me one reason to think we can't trust you and I'll show you consequences.

Will you? Perhaps I might want you to. The future is always changing, and the most desirable of futures can often require the most undesirable of events leading up to it.

That wasn't an invitation. I'd rather keep the fighting with the enemies of the people I'm helping, not their allies. Even if I do think they have crap judgement.

Not these specifically, but I don't see how they can be much worse than the Gnosis.

Perhaps my trust was misplaced, then.

Don't underestimate me just because I've never dealt with these things personally. Some Gnosis were named after kinds of fae, and with good reason.

I have no doubt for capabilities. Just your attitude.
