[Having figured out that her Child had come with her, Lena was standing atop her building as she pointed a hand skyward. Lets hope this would work.]
ARTEMIS!
FORCE CONNECT ACTIVATED. CONNECTED, L.S. MATERIALIZE.
[A pillar of light shot downwards from the sky and struck her, as huge golden wings appeared. A robe flickered to life, the form of the Super Meister GEM seconds before it exploded off her, becoming extremely skimpy in nature as segments of it were removed in bursts of golden feathers. The wings wrapped around her for a moment, showering the area with feathers.
Once subsided, she inhaled and took to the skies.]
Seems like the force connect still works. For how long though...
[With that in mind, she darted into the sky, flying overhead and looking for anyone to talk to.]

Yes, they move independently. I used to be able to create only two, but I can make multiples up to four or eight now.

Wha... that's... awful. [ She shakes her head, pulling the door open. ]
Of course there are always risks to going into battle, but from what you're telling me - it risks your life, your Child's and the life of someone you care about. That's just... [ Evil. OF course Lena knew that if she only used the Child for materializing her equipment. ]

[Lena nodded, looking a little downcast.] Otome are chained to the people who they care about, their Masters. If I were to fall in battle back home, King Bruce Windbloom would die with me.
When an Otome falls... a kingdom will fall with them. That's the nature of our world. We fight the war, and the ruler shoulders the result.

Of course, there must be other Otome - friends - to stem that loneliness, but -- ah, here's my apartment. [ Destination change of subject, success! ]

[Following her inside, she carefully tapped her boots clean.] Sorry I can't remove my shoes, they're kind of just sort of stuck on me right now.
no subject
Oh, that's all right - [ A pause - waait, stuck on her? ] Stuck on you- what do you mean?
[ She padded over to where her datapad was resting, touching a few buttons to boot it and the computer on. ]

Ah, well it's sort of more of a solid battle uniform. I could try to get my boots off though first.
[Leaning against a table, Lena tugged at her boots, trying to get it off and slowly it peeled from her outfit. But so did most of the thigh material leaving her in a half leotard.]
no subject
Oh - wait a second, at least sit down if you're going to do that. I don't want you to hurt yourself.
[ Er -- oops. Half leotard left. Well hopefully it didn't just ruin her uniform! ]
no subject
I should have expected this. Artemis regenerates my uniform for the most part. Here, a gift I suppose for you to study. It's nanofiber and it's generated by my nanotechnology.
no subject
Oh! Thank you very much! [ This would be a nice step up - no pun intended - into comparing Lena's nanotechnology with the nanotechnology she was familiar with. It was probably not that different - honestly. ]
Ah - I suppose... Oh yes, would you like something to drink? I... don't really have much right now, but this will be easiest to do when you're calm.

[Her home was nice, and she was noticing a difference between the homes in the Deeps District and here.]

Wherever you're most comfortable. Although there aren't too many places for that right now - why not make yourself comfortable on the couch?
[ She pads on over to the kitchen, rumming about for a container of juice. ]

[Sitting down on the couch, Lena tested its softness as she grinned and stretched out her legs for a moment. She hadn't been in Otome form for a while, and it was like a old glove.]

Here you are. How are you feeling since activating your power like that?
[ While talking, she went back to her datapad, tapping a button to bring up the system on it and the computer. ]

Could you stand up for a second, and hold your arms out parallel? I need to get a scan of your body.
no subject
[Setting down the drink, she stood up and held out her arms for Shion to take measurements.] I can hold this for a while.
no subject
Turn around, please - [ And once Lena does that, she repeats the process. ]
Normally I'd do this in a laboratory, with a complete hookup, but I can make do with a simple biometric scan for now.

Okay, you can sit down now. I assume that once you're in battle there is an increase in activity in your system.
[ She studies the readings on the screen. ]
Let's see... it looks like everything is checking out normal so far.
no subject
Really? That's good to know then.

Is there any major differences beyond the usual breakdown that I should be worried about?

[ Better to hammer out any glitches or bugs in the program so that future monitoring will be smooth in case something happens. ]
