So this place is way scarier than I thought it would be. I just came here because...well, nevermind that. Point is, suddenly I'm surrounded by gods and wizards and monsters.

This magic book they gave me is kinda neat, though. I guess if I talk to it, everyone else with a book like it can hear me. Anyone else feeling like they got more than they bargained for?

I've just gotten a lot of training from really strong fighters back home. The strongest in the entire world, even!

They told me it was a war, yes. I've never seen wars, but I was imagining a bunch of guys with swords going at it. Not...whatever all that was!

It just seems a bit weird is all. I know there are adults, I saw them during the battle.

Adults or children, we were brought here for the same purpose. We are on equal footing in that regard.

You didn't do too badly out there, though. Can't really say you had a lot of GRACE a hundred percent of the time, but grace is kind of on the backburner on a battlefield.

Humans can't fly no matter how much the practice. I'd have thought that was obvious.

Is it really that bad? I feel a bit underwhelmed myself, but you must have your own strengths if you brought in to fight alongside gods.

I'm not bad. I can handle the small fry, at least, but keep me away from the gods.

Nope. Don't you find it a bit rude to call a girl stupid when you've just met her? [ Seriously. Where are the manners? ] If someone relies on you to save them against a god, what will you do? Will you stand by while someone dies or will you try to rescue them?
